Burnt out just a bit on scrapbooking, I've decided to give cards a shot. Of course instead of starting with something simple, I chose to try a candy card. After watching several videos on YouTube, I created my own cut file for my Cricut Explore. This took alot of tweekng but after playing around with it for quite some time I finally got it. In addition to this being my first card, this is my first coloring project using my new Copic markers. Again I watched several videos on Copic coloring and realize it is going to take alot of practice. Overall though, I am extremely pleased with how my card turned out and my sister loved it. In the future, I need to keep track of supplies used so I can credit everything here. The digital stamp is Birthday Marci by La La Land Stamps but my papers came from my stash so I do not know what line they are from.
