Ok, an update on this whole Pocket Letter Pals. After sending out 27 and receiving 22 in return, I've decided it's not my thing. For starters, they are way more time consuming than they should be and start to feel too much like work. The process was taking me away from other crafts that I enjoy much more and the return was not as rewarding as I had hoped. It seemed to become more about the product instead of forming new friendships. I too, am guilty of buying new things to put in these pages when it is suppose to be about friendship and getting rid of your current stash. Only a few times did I have conversation with anyone after the initial encounter. As with all my new craft endeavors, I just wish I would have realized this before I added so many new items to my stash.
